Only the masculine form changes in the Akkusativ: mein → meinen.

What changes?

  • Use the Akkusativ form when the possessive article belongs to the object.
  • Only the masculine form changes: mein → meinen, dein → deinen, sein → seinen, ihr → ihren, unser → unseren, euer → euren, Ihr → Ihren.
  • Feminine, neutral and plural stay the same.
